To create SPF & DKIM records in Cpanel

Go to: cPanel >> Email > Authentication

To auto create SPF & DKIM records for newly created Cpanel

Go to:
WHM >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings >> Domains
Enable DKIM on domains for newly created accounts –> set to ON
Enable SPF on domains for newly created accounts –> set to ON
